A: We are a rare vertically integrated manufacturer. We control the entire process from producing the core PVC laminated fabric to fabricating the finished air columns. This guarantees quality from the source, allows fabric customization for structural demands, and results in higher performance, greater consistency, and better cost-effectiveness.
 

2.Q:What is the material and thickness of the air column? How do you ensure long-term airtightness under continuous inflation?

A:We use high-strength PVC airtight tarpaulin, with standard material thickness from 0.55mm to 0.90mm. All air columns are welded with High-Frequency (HF) heat sealing, making seams stronger than the fabric itself. Each unit undergoes a 24-hour pressure retention test to ensure zero leakage before shipment.
 

3.Q:How long does inflation/deflation take? What size air compressor is required?

A:Inflation time depends on volume. For example, a 30cm diameter, 10m long column can be fully inflated in 3-5 minutes with a 1.5HP air compressor. We provide a detailed compressor power recommendation chart for each product set.
 

4.Q:Is the internal pressure stable in hot or cold environments? How is it regulated?

A: Pressure changes with ambient temperature. We highly recommend and include an automatic pressure maintenance valve as standard. It vents excess air when heated and triggers the compressor to replenish air when cooled, keeping pressure within a preset safe range.
5.Q:If an air column is accidentally punctured during an event, how can it be repaired quickly? Do you provide a repair kit?

A: Yes, we include a dedicated emergency repair kit with PVC patches and adhesive, enabling a temporary fix within 5-10 minutes. For major damage, replacement parts are available for order.

6.Q:Can we customize air columns with non-standard sizes and valve positions? Is the MOQ high?

A:Yes, with a highly competitive MOQ. Thanks to our in-house fabric supply, we are not constrained by standard fabric roll sizes. From fabric slitting to column forming, we offer highly flexible customization including special diameters, lengths, shapes, and valve placements. Custom MOQ can be as low as 50-100 units, much lower than pure processing factories.

7.Q:If we need specific colors or Flame Retardant (FR) ratings, can you handle that?

A: Absolutely, and with faster response. Color and FR properties are determined at the fabric coating stage. As the fabric producer, we can directly mix custom colors or add FR agents on our production line, eliminating the need to source special fabric externally. This results in shorter lead times and better costs for custom orders. We can meet major standards like NFPA 701.
