1  PVC soft coil flooring

Soft PVC coil flooring is generally produced by calendering method. Which has less filler and more plasticizer than PVC floor tiles. General use of four-roller calender plant plasticized PVC, after calendering the surface is flat and smooth, after cooling the edge of the cut and rolled that is the product. Coil specifications vary from country to country, China also has a variety of specifications.
Soft PVC coil flooring material is softer, with a certain degree of elasticity, comfortable feet, but the surface is less resistant to cigarette butts than PVC tiles.



2 stamped foam plastic flooring

Mostly a semi-rigid plastic floor. The main raw material is also used in PVC resin, the difference is that in addition to the surface layer of printed decorative treatment, the middle layer is added 2% of the AC foam PVC paste, in the calendering and heating to form a PVC foam layer in order to improve the floor elasticity and acoustic, thermal insulation, grass-roots level with asbestos paper, non-woven or fiberglass cloth.
